Homework

Work between the circles

Each week has one assignment. It is short on purpose — the goal is honesty, not length. Complete it before the next Saturday session and submit it below so your facilitator can read it before you meet.

  1. Week 1 · My Why Letter

    Due Before Week 2

Write a short letter to yourself naming what you want on the other side of these 6 weeks.

Daily practice: Read it out loud once before the next circle.

  2. Week 2 · Naming It On Paper

    Due Before Week 3

List three things you have carried, and next to each write one sentence separating the event from who you are.

Daily practice: Ten quiet minutes, no editing.

  3. Week 3 · Body Check-In Log

    Due Before Week 4

Track your body twice a day for five days: what you felt, where you felt it, and which grounding tool you used.

Daily practice: Two minutes of breathwork each morning.

  4. Week 4 · Whose Voice Is That?

    Due Before Week 5

Write down three beliefs about yourself you inherited, then name where each one came from and what you want to keep.

Daily practice: One truth-statement replacement for each belief.

  5. Week 5 · My Calm-Down Plan

    Due Before Week 6

Draft a one-page plan: early trigger signs, three steps that help, and two people you can reach at 2 a.m.

Daily practice: Test one step this week and note what happened.

  6. Week 6 · Letter Forward

    Due Closing circle

Write to yourself six months from now — what you survived, what you learned, and the boundary you are keeping.

Daily practice: Bring one line to share in the closing circle.
