What you leave with

You survived it. These six weeks are about what comes next.

A calmer nervous system

Tools you can use in the moment, not just theory about them.

Boundaries you can keep

Language and practice for protecting your time, energy and peace.

A rebuild plan

Concrete next steps for work, money, health and relationships.

People who get it

A small circle of no more than 14 who walk the full 6 weeks with you.

The curriculum

Six weeks, three phases

Each session runs one hour: a grounding practice, a teaching, guided discussion in pairs and full circle, and one small assignment for the week.

Phase One · Naming It

Tell the truth about what happened without drowning in it.

  1. 1

    Landing in the Circle

Group agreements, safety, confidentiality, and what you want on the other side of these 6 weeks.

  2. 2

    Naming the Pain

Putting language to loss, betrayal, abuse or burnout — and separating the event from your identity.

Phase Two · Steadying

Build the nervous-system and daily-life tools that keep you upright.

  1. 3

    The Body Keeps Score

How stress lives in the body; grounding, breath and simple somatic practices you can use anywhere.

  2. 4

Shame and the Stories We Inherit

Untangling blame, family scripts and the beliefs that were never yours to carry.

Phase Three · Rebuilding

Turn survival into direction, boundaries, purpose and community.

  1. 5

    Regulating the Storm

Recognizing triggers early and building a personal calm-down plan that actually works at 2 a.m.

  2. 6

    Grief Without a Timeline

Waves, anniversaries and ambiguous loss — grieving people, versions of yourself, and futures you expected.

Weekly homework

Every week has a short, honest assignment — a letter, a log, a plan. Submit it online before the next circle so your facilitator can read it.
